Originally it was a coca wine which in 1885 was called Pemberton's French Wine Coca. On March 12, 1894, Coca-Cola was sold in bottles for the first time. First cans of Coke appeared in 1955. The first bottling facility of Coca Cola was based at the Biedenharn Candy Company in Vicksburg, Mississippi in 1891.
